Scaffolding

AET builds long lasting and extremely safe scaffolding units that are durable and easily scalable according to customer needs. AET’s scaffolding solutions can be used to elevate materials and work crews and are easily compatible with products of other scaffolding manufacturers. Available sizes are as below

Specification of scaffolding

• Made of 1 ½” (OD 48.1 mm) welded MS pipes confirming IS -1239 Part-1 or IS-1161-1998.
• Frame are 32 NB tube 125 mm long spigot for continuous connections
• 20 NB (OD 27 mm) Medium class tubes for cross bracing.

Column boxes

Column Boxes are useful in casting columns or pillars of varying thickness and structural integrities. AET column boxes are made with high quality steel to ensure durability and long life.

Specifications of Columns Boxes

• Manufactured from HR (Hot-Rolled) 14 gauge (2mm) heavy duty sheets.
• Pre-machined with provisions for bolting using nuts for easy assembly and safe transportation.
• Polymer Coated

Adjustable Spans

Available in wide variety of sizes spanning from 2.46m to 4.14m.

Specifications of Adjustable spans

• Span’s external members are made of 14 Gauge (2mm) HR sheets as the top member is welded to from a truss with ɸ10mm bar.
• 2.5” x 0.25” flat, 1.25” x 0.25” flats and 2.5” x 5/8” end cleat angle.
• The Inner members are made of 14 Guage (2mm) H.R. Sheets as the top member is welded to form a truss with ɸ 10mm rounds, 1.5” x 0.25” T angle and 2.5” x 5/8” end cleat angle.
• Available in spans from 2.46m to 4.14m
• Rated load capacity is 1500Kg in extended position.

Centering Sheets

Suitable for casting of floors, beams, retaining walls.

Specifications of Centering Sheets

• Available in both Hot Rolled (HR) Steel or Galvanized Steel
• Available in sizes from 14G (2mm) / 16 G (1.6 MM)
• Available sizes 1000mm X 500mm & 900mm X 600mm

Adjustable props

Adjustable props are available in diverse size range and each component is tested to adhere to highest standards of quality to ensure safety of your work crew and the quality of your constructions.

Specification of Adjustable Props

• 60.3mm (50 NB) is outer tube OD (Outer Diameter) and its wall thickness varies based on client’s specifications.
• 48.3 mm (40NB) is inner tube OD (Outer Diameter). Pipes conforms to IS1161 – IS -1161/1998 YST 210.
• Head plates are made from 300mm x 150mm x 6mm high tensile steel plates
• Base plate sizes are 150 mm x 150 mm x 6 mm.
